Call Trace is available on a monthly subscription or pay-per-use basis.
To activate Call Trace
- Hang up after receiving a threatening or harassing call.
- Lift the receiver and listen for a dial tone.
- Dial *57 (1157 on rotary phone) and stay on the line until you hear the following message: "The last call to your telephone has been traced. If you want to take action, call the police. Please hang up."
- Hang up.
