Montreal (Quebec), May 21 2003 – Mr. Robert T. Mosey, Chairman of the Board of Bell Nordiq Group Inc. announced today the appointment of Mr. Roch Dubé as President and Chief Executive Officer of Bell Nordiq Group Inc., Administrator of Bell Nordiq Income Fund and General Partner of NorthernTel L.P. and Télébec L.P.

Mr. Dubé joins Bell Nordiq Group Inc. with a proven track record of leadership and excellence in the telecommunications and information technology sectors. He previously held senior leadership positions with Bell and its affiliates, notably as Senior Vice-President – Bell Canada, as President – Aliant Telecom, Atlantic Canada’s premier source of total communications solutions and as President and Chief Executive Officer – Connexim, a telecommunications network management company.
Mr. Dubé holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Université de Montréal, in addition to having participated in the Executive MBA programs of McGill and Stanford Universities. He has received several honors and awards for his business and academic accomplishments, including the award of excellence in Engineering 2000 from Université de Montréal.
Mr. Dubé’s appointment is effective as of June 1st 2003.
